Sub: Request for showing certain programmes for children.

    Sir These are the leisurely days of summer vacation. Almost all the school-going children stick to the television most of the time. Most of the programes are meant r adults. They are of no use to them. They merely amuse. It would be profitable for them if the Programmes on cartoons, general knowledge and new discoveries and inventions are shown more often. It would enhance their knowledge and utilize their time. There should be more quiz contests to develop a sense of competition in the children. Please telecast the films that are meant for children. There are many such films made by Amol Palekar. I hope you will pay heed to my genuine request and to the needful.
